The Why? Everyone should have a why… ours was just our love of food & especially our mums & grans home cooking which we wanted to bring when the opportunity came to open what is know called The Cherry Tree, the name of which is after our mum / mum in law who requested when she moved on to have her ashes buried with a cherry tree. With experience working in hospitality for an extensive time, we know to well that food is a difficult game but we wanted to bring her great recipes and our own to the town making sure that we were consistent in the products we had and served.
